Holy crepe!

Sky Crepers Emerald Square
When you think of Crepes, what comes to mind? Eiffel tower, Parisian cafe, outdoor bistro? Well what about a store front in your local mall? SkyCrepers in the Emerald Square Mall is definitely not what you would expect in terms of a creperie. SkyCrepers was started by NFL member Matt Chatham, who played for the New England Patriots. After he won a few Super Bowls he decided to open up a creperie, where he developed his own crepe batter and signature dishes.Chatham wanted to revolutionize the snacking frontier of the mall, and he definitely did.

The Cinnilla crepe batter is very subtle but essential to the taste of the crepe. Instead of a bland crepe batter the cinnamon and vanilla compliment the flavors of the sweet treats. SkyCrepers also offers savory crepes for their meal crepes. The Empire Chicken crepe is phenomenal, it's packed full with chicken breast, swiss cheese, mushrooms and ranch dressing (I add bacon). Not only do they do lunch crepes, SkyCrepers also makes omelet crepes. Oh and they also make coffee. BAM! Breakfast done!

PB and What? Dipping Tower
Then there are "Dipping Towers". A Dipping Tower is a crepe filled with your choice of deliciousness, rolled and crisped in healthy canola oil. Personally I cannot get enough of the Dipping Towers. My favorite lately has been the PB and What? crepe. It's filled with Nutella, fried and it comes with peanut butter dipping sauce. What's not to love?

Everything I have gotten from them has been amazing. One crepe that I have not tried yet, but have heard great things about is the Holy Canoli crepe. If you happen to stumble by SkyCrepers be sure to try the Crepe Fries.
